We understand and value the time and efforts which have gone into the furniture selection, customizations and production and hence take utmost precautions to avoid any in transit damages to our furniture. We are proud to have a breakage rate of less than 0.1% for our deliveries and this is only possible because of the protocols followed by our Operations team
Items are packed in thick corrugated sheets and are also protected with an outer wooden box wherever required. Polywrap and bubble wraps are used to secure the furniture items internally and the box is strapped. In case there are still any damages or defects due to transit, our team is just a call away to assist you
Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free installation process.
Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation.
Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)
Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries.
Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this time line, Custom Houzz shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.
