Will I receive the same pattern, design, finish, and fabric material as shown in the images online?
At Nismaaya Decor, we keep updating our designs, and there may be some changes and variations in materials and elements used in comparison to what you see online. However, these changes will be minor, not affecting your preferences and design choices. As wood and stone are natural products, they react in a different way to staining, and thus they may impact their appearance in terms of colour, grains, and patterns. The handmade fabrics look slightly different in the photographs due to angles and lighting. Also, we confirm the availability of fabrics used in the furniture pieces post receipt of the payment.
Which are the cities where you deliver the furniture items?
We have spread our wings across India, but for overseas delivery, you need to check with us beforehand as it will be subject to customs regulation.
How much time does it take for delivery?
We process our orders within 48-72 hours of payment receipt. If we have the product ready, we will ship it in the next 48 hours. But if we have to customize it or manufacture it from scratch, then the delivery time will be as mentioned on the product page Staring from 2 Weeks - 4 Weeks. However, the actual manufacturing will start depending on the factory schedule and available time slot for manufacturing (which may be up to a month).

How can I track my order?
To check the status of your order, you can login to your account and trace. Also, you can reach out to our customer support team via phone call, live chat or email us. All the contact information is available on our website. Once we dispatch your order, we will send you complete details about the tracking code or driver’s number for your reference.
My shipment is delayed. What can I do?
Once we dispatch your order, it is the responsibility of the third party transporter to deliver the furniture on time. We will surely share all the details about the dispatch along with tracing code and driver’s number so that you can get in touch with him and ask about your shipment. In case you are unable to track him, get in touch with our customer support team, and they will surely do their utmost to resolve your concern.
Will the transporter unload the furniture items from the vehicle, open the packaging, and install them inside my house?
When you place an order online, the transport is usually done through a third party logistics provider. Thus, the transporter will place the items till the ground floor and will not open the packaging and install your furniture. However, in case of bulk orders, the items may be sent through a dedicated vehicle and you can get the unloading done by paying some amount to the labour at that time as this is an additional service and will surely be chargeable. What should be the next step if I get a damaged furniture item?
Though we always pack the furniture items in the best way possible to avoid any damage, still if you face such a concern, then immediately notify at the time of delivery on the delivery challan and consignment copy. Make sure you open and check all the furniture items for any defect/damage. Once the damages are reported, our team will reach out to you within 24 hours for concrete plan of action.
Cancellation and Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are allowed for 24 hours once the order is placed. After that, we do not accept cancellations.
What is the process of returning the order?
All your furniture items should be opened and checked immediately for any defect/damage. Any such issue should be notified on the delivery challan and consignment copy. Any claim of transit damage will not be considered if you don’t notify it at the time of delivery.
We had placed an order but the furniture we received is not of desired size, and is not fitting in the area where it was supposed to be installed. What should be done now?
At the time of manufacturing or customisation of your furniture items, we pay utmost attention to the measurement and size of the product. Hence, returns due to the sizes or usability in the area are not possible. In case there is any doubt, please feel free to connect with us. We will be happy to help you in case of any queries.
Can I return a product after some time if it is found to be defective?
If the product is within the warranty period, then we can surely repair or replace the defective product. For more details and clarity, please get in touch with our customer care representatives and share with them the order ID and images of the defective product.
When will I receive the refund or what’s the procedure for the same?
We process the refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging. Refunds will be made through the same transaction mode which you must’ve used at the time of purchase. The payment gateway fees for online transactions are not refundable.
