However, these changes will be minor, not affecting your preferences and design choices. As wood and stone are natural products, they react in a different way to staining, and thus they may impact their appearance in terms of colour, grains, and patterns. The handmade fabrics look slightly different in the photographs due to angles and lighting. Also, we confirm the availability of fabrics used in the furniture pieces post receipt of the payment.
We have spread our wings across India, but for overseas delivery, you need to check with us beforehand as it will be subject to customs regulation.
We process our orders within 48-72 hours of payment receipt. If we have the product ready, we will ship it in the next 48 hours. But if we have to customize it or manufacture it from scratch, then the delivery time will be as mentioned on the product page Staring from 2 Weeks - 4 Weeks. However, the actual manufacturing will start depending on the factory schedule and available time slot for manufacturing (which may be up to a month).

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations are allowed for 24 hours once the order is placed. After that, we do not accept cancellations.
All your furniture items should be opened and checked immediately for any defect/damage. Any such issue should be notified on the delivery challan and consignment copy. Any claim of transit damage will not be considered if you don’t notify it at the time of delivery.
